As I walk along the pathway in Dasmarinas last June 12, I saw the flags swaying with the winds. Hmm. Philippine independence can really be portrayed by the flags. Independence day is not only celebrated here in the Philippines but also in different countries around the world where there are Filipinos.
Is Philippines really independent?
